Hey everyone! TDA and I (Screedler) have not given up on the site. Neither have we fallen off our wagon’s. Just taking some time off and rebooting. I heard a song on the radio today that made me think of the site, how everyone was doing and everything. The band is “The Doobie Brothers” and the song was off their fourth album with the TDA post inspiring title What Were Once Vices

The More I Drink

Somehow I missed this one when it came out years ago. It has been in heavy rotation as background music at my store for the past couple of days. Maybe the muzak programmers think it increases alcohol sales. While the appeal to the casual listener was probably it’s comedic take on the alcoholic condition; the chorus is an accurate description of standard operating procedure for one who drink
